Small Businesses Welcome New Digital Payment Scheme

A new payment scheme will let small shops accept card and phone payments with no set-up fee for the first year.

Shop owners said the scheme will save time at the counter and reduce the need to handle cash.

Officials said training sessions will be held in every district, and a help line will be open during business hours.
